A: Yes. All of our units at 9th Street Self Storage are climate-controlled.
Q: Are leases month-to-month?
A: Yes. Our leases are month-to-month. No long-term contracts.
Q: Can I transfer to a different unit size if I need more or less space?
A: Absolutely! If a unit is not available at the time, we can put you on a waiting list for the first available unit in your desired size.
Q: Do you have video surveillance and gated access?
A: Yes! Fully fenced, vehicle only gated access, and state-of-the-art surveillance cameras are present at 9th Street Self Storage. Your security is our priority!
Q: How do I move out or end my lease?
A: Call our office 208-375-9300 to notify us of your anticipated move out date. We will guide you through the quick & efficient process.
Q: Can I store a vehicle, RV, or boat?
A: We do not have vehicle, RV, or boat storage spaces. All of our units are indoor climate-controlled.
Q: What are your office and access hours?
A: Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM. The office is closed on weekends.
Unit access is 6:00AM-9:00PM 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Q: Can someone else access my unit on my behalf?
A: Yes, but only with your permission. We have the option to keep an extra key in our locked key box for just such occasions.
Q: What should I do if I need help after hours?
A: If you should need assistance after hours or on the weekends, we will provide you with the contact information when you move in.
Q: Do you sell boxes and packing supplies?
A: Various handy packing supplies and boxes are available to purchase onsite if you ever run out.
